1. Who we are
“Lucky Growth Partners”, “we” and “us” means Lucky Growth Partners Ltd, which operates this website for visitors in the United Kingdom:
- Lucky Growth Partners Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI725486), registered office Legal & Financial House, 137 York Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland BT15 3GZ · +44 7576 588350
- Email: hello@luckygrowthpartners.com
Lucky Growth Partners Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this website from visitors and contacts in the United Kingdom. Our sister company, Lucky Growth Partners Inc, may process data on our behalf. Questions about this notice go to hello@luckygrowthpartners.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Booking a call (via Calendly): your name, email address, the time you choose, your time zone, and anything you type into the booking form — including a short summary of your application answers if you book after applying.
- Applying (“See if you qualify”): your answers about your business (such as business type, your role, funding volume, CRM, team size, sales process and timing), your company name and website, and your name, work email and mobile number. We save your answers as you go, so if you stop partway through we keep what you entered so far so our team can follow up.
- Asking for sample leads: your work email address.
- Contacting us through the contact form, by email or by phone: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, enquiry type, message and anything else you choose to share. If you opt in to SMS, we also record the consent choice, time, source and version of the disclosure shown to you.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, interactions (clicks, scrolling, form use), referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, screen size, and — where session replay is enabled in our analytics tool — a recording of your interactions with the page. Text you type is masked in replays.
- Identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.
- Advertising measurement data: if you arrive from or later interact with our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Meta’s pixel records your visit, application and booking actions and its own identifiers (
_fbp,_fbc). - Company identification data: Apollo.io’s website tracker records the pages you visit and your IP address so that it can tell us which company the visit likely came from.
3. How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to follow up on it.
- To respond to an enquiry you send through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- If you separately opt in, to send SMS messages about your enquiry, appointment confirmations, schedule changes and related reminders, and to record and honour your messaging preferences.
- To send you the sample leads you asked for.
- To price, propose and deliver our services to your business, and to manage that relationship.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, including running A/B tests of page content.
- To measure and improve our advertising: we tell Meta when an application is submitted and when a booking is made so that we can see which campaigns lead to applications and calls and optimise them. This includes sending Meta a hashed version of the contact details you gave us (see section 5).
- To identify which businesses are interested in our services so that our sales team can follow up.
- To keep the website and our systems secure, and to comply with legal obligations.
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract or steps before one (bookings, proposals); our legitimate interests in running and improving the website, understanding our audience and measuring advertising, balanced against your rights; consent where we ask for it — including consent for the SMS programme — and legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it with providers that process it on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Booking calls; stores booking details and sends confirmations | United States |
| Netlify | Hosting the website; storing contact-form enquiries and sample-record requests submitted through the site | United States (global CDN) |
| PostHog | Website analytics, session replay and A/B testing | European Union (Frankfurt) |
| Meta Platforms | Advertising measurement (pixel and Conversions API) | United States / Ireland |
| Apollo.io | Identifying the companies that visit the website, for sales prospecting | United States |
| Slack | Internal notification to our team when an enquiry is sent, a call is booked or a sample is requested | United States |
| SMS delivery provider | Delivering messages you asked to receive and processing delivery, HELP and opt-out responses on our behalf | United States / provider delivery network |
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Advertising measurement with Meta
When you submit an application, we send Meta a “Lead” event, and when you book a call, a “Schedule” event. Each is sent from your browser (via the Meta pixel) and from our server (via Meta’s Conversions API). The server event for an application contains the email address, phone number and name you entered in hashed (SHA-256) form; the server event for a booking contains the booking email address and name in hashed form. Both include the pixel identifiers _fbp and _fbc where available, and the page the event came from. Meta uses this to attribute applications and bookings to its advertising and to build audiences for us; Meta acts as an independent controller for its own use of that data under its Privacy Policy. You can control how Meta uses data from partners in your Meta ad preferences.
6. International transfers
Our sister company operates from the United States, and we use providers in the United States and the EU, so your data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom. For those transfers we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage for analytics, A/B testing, advertising measurement and company identification. They are set when you first load the site.
In the United Kingdom the use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) alongside the UK GDPR.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website keeps working without them. To stop Meta measurement, block third-party cookies, adjust your Meta ad preferences, or use a content blocker. If you would like us to disable analytics and advertising measurement for you, email hello@luckygrowthpartners.com and we will explain the options available.
8. SMS messaging and your choices
SMS consent is optional, is collected through a separate unticked box, and is not a condition of sending an enquiry, booking a call or buying services. If you opt in, you may receive recurring automated messages from Lucky Growth Partners about your enquiry, appointment confirmations, schedule changes and related reminders. Message frequency varies. Your mobile network’s standard message charges may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent by emailing hello@luckygrowthpartners.com, calling the number in section 1, or using any other reasonable method that clearly tells us to stop. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. See the SMS terms for the full programme conditions.
9. How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry details: for as long as we are in contact with your business and up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless a contract requires longer.
- Sample-record requests: up to 2 years.
- SMS consent records and messages: for as long as needed to operate the programme, demonstrate consent and comply with law. We may retain a suppression record after opt-out so that we continue to honour it.
- Analytics data: PostHog retains event data for 12 months by default; session replays for 30 days.
- Advertising measurement data held by Meta is governed by Meta’s own retention rules.
10. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing), to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@luckygrowthpartners.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
11. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their own security practices. No system is completely secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
12. Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this notice
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly where we can.
