You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or impair it, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system it connects to. Automated scraping of the site, other than by search engines indexing it, is not permitted without our written consent.
3. Information on the website
The website is general information about our services, not advice. Figures produced by the calculators and models on the site — including funded-deal forecasts, ROI, break-even and payback — are illustrative, built entirely from the assumptions you enter, and are not a prediction, performance claim or guarantee. Sample records are fictional. Partner logos indicate businesses we have worked with and do not imply endorsement of any statement on this site by those businesses. We try to keep the website accurate and current but do not warrant that it is.
4. Pricing, tests and engagements
Prices, volumes, criteria, delivery routes and reporting shown or discussed on the website are indicative. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance; any engagement — including a 100-opportunity test — exists only once both parties have signed a written agreement setting out its terms. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side.
5. Bookings
Calls are booked through Calendly, whose own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of its service. Please cancel or reschedule through the links in your confirmation email if you cannot attend.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, video, code and the Lucky Growth Partners name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade-mark law.
